Organizational grants
Does your Jewish organization in the Greater Kansas City area want to do something creative and new? Did you read about the barriers to engagement identified in the 2021 Kansas City Jewish Community Study and think “Let’s do something about that?” Submit your organization’s innovative program or initiative for a Just Because Grant!

Just Because Grants offer up to $2,500 to organizations doing something innovative and up to $5,000 to organizations collaborating with at least one other organization on an innovative idea. All we ask is that your program includes components that promote a more welcoming and inclusive community, are open to the entire community, and respond to at least one barrier to engagement from the 2021 Community Study.

Applications will be accepted in two cycles:

July-December
January-June
